A climate change board game played on the stage – the future of the forest is in your hands
How much can you do for the forest of the future?
Moving a Forest is an artistic project created to explore the possibility of saving forests threatened by climate change. It began in 2020 as a board game designed to save forests on the brink of extinction. Since then, it has evolved into a hybrid of a board game and an audience-participation theatre game, continuously engaging with audiences.
As new researchers at the Future Forest Environmental Institute, the audience will participate in this performance. You must create a city where humans and nature can coexist by the year 2050. Will you succeed?
Why is it so difficult to change, even when we know the severity of climate change? This performance was created to explore that very question.
Join us in this immersive experience, combining elements of gameplay and theatre, where your decisions will directly impact the outcome. Can you rise to the challenge and pave the way for a sustainable future?
